By using WK/EK Pool Manager ("the Service") you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the Service.
WK/EK Pool Manager is explicitly NOT a gambling platform, game of chance or lottery within the meaning of the Dutch Gaming Act.
The Service provides a platform where users can make predictions about sports matches for entertainment purposes within a closed group (pool). The platform itself does not pay out cash prizes and is not involved in any mutual agreements between pool participants.
The pool organizer is solely responsible for any prizes, agreements and compliance with applicable laws and regulations within their pool. WK/EK Pool Manager accepts no liability for mutual agreements, disputes or financial transactions between pool participants.
WK/EK Pool Manager provides an online platform for organizing football pools around international tournaments (World Cup, European Championship and similar competitions). The Service includes:
Creating a pool requires a one-time payment per tournament. Current prices are listed on the pricing page. Payment is processed via Stripe with support for iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Bancontact, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and SEPA Direct Debit.
Payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI Level 1 certified payment service. After payment, the pool is immediately available. Refunds are not possible after payment. The service is delivered immediately and can be used right away.
WK/EK Pool Manager strives for reliable service, but cannot guarantee that the Service is always available, error-free or complete. We are not liable for:
The maximum liability of WK/EK Pool Manager is limited to the amount the user has paid for the relevant pool.
When using the Service, it is not permitted to:
In case of violation, we reserve the right to block accounts without refund.
All rights to the Service, including but not limited to the software, design, texts and logo, belong to WK/EK Pool Manager. It is not permitted to copy, reproduce or distribute (parts of) the Service without prior written permission.
We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions. In case of significant changes, we will inform users via the app or by email. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
Voetbalpool Manager uses external data sources (including football-data.org and API-Football) for match scores, lineups, and player statistics. We are not liable for incorrect, delayed, or missing data from these external sources. Delays in updating scores or statistics do not entitle you to a refund or compensation. We strive to process all data as quickly and accurately as possible, but cannot guarantee the availability or accuracy of external data.
After payment, refunds are not possible. The service is delivered immediately and can be used right away. This applies regardless of whether you actually use the pool, whether technical problems occur, or whether external data is delayed or incorrect. By paying, you agree to this no-refund policy.
